DANA deposit and withdrawal

DANA is one of the fastest payment rails on tradeit. To deposit, log into your account, select "Deposit", and choose DANA. You'll be redirected to the DANA app on your phone, where you confirm the transfer amount and authenticate with your DANA PIN or biometric login. The funds arrive in your tradeit balance within subject to verification. No minimum deposit applies. For withdrawals, navigate to "Withdraw", select DANA, enter your amount, and confirm. The withdrawal process takes subject to verification for DANA to process and transfer the balance back to your linked DANA account. During peak hours (evening and weekends), processing may take slightly longer. DANA does not charge tradeit users any transaction fee. You can deposit and withdraw multiple times per day, though we recommend keeping your DANA app and tradeit account linked for seamless transfers. OVO and GoPay usage

OVO and GoPay work similarly to DANA on tradeit. To link OVO or GoPay, open your account settings and select "Payment Methods". Add OVO or GoPay by scanning a QR code or entering your phone number. After linking, deposits and withdrawals are instant — funds arrive within subject to verification. OVO and GoPay both support account binding, meaning once linked, you do not need to re-enter your credentials on each transfer. OVO deposits carry no fee. GoPay deposits may incur a small processing fee depending on your GoPay tier; the exact fee is shown during checkout. For withdrawals, both services typically settle within subject to verification. Your OVO and GoPay accounts must have sufficient balance before initiating a transfer. If you encounter a failed transaction, verify your payment-method balance, ensure your phone has active mobile data or WiFi, and retry. Our support team can help troubleshoot persistent failures and may offer alternative payment routes.

BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI virtual account

Bank virtual-account (VA) transfers are ideal if you prefer transferring directly from your bank account. When you request a deposit on tradeit, we generate a unique VA number under BCA, Mandiri, BRI, or BNI — whichever bank you select. You then transfer funds from your bank's app or ATM to that VA number. The deposit settles within subject to verification to 2 hours, depending on the bank. For withdrawals, navigate to "Withdraw", select your bank, and enter the amount. The withdrawal is processed to your registered bank account and typically settles within 1–2 business days. BCA VAs often settle faster (subject to verification) than Mandiri or BRI VAs (2–4 hours). BNI VAs are similarly quick. No withdrawal fee is charged by tradeit; your bank may apply standard interbank transfer fees. Virtual-account deposits and withdrawals are reversible if an error occurs — contact our support team with the transaction reference number and we can assist with reissuing a refund or crediting your account.

Fees, limits and verification

tradeit does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees for standard transfers via DANA, OVO, GoPay, or bank VAs. Processing fees, if any, are levied by your bank or e-wallet provider — we pass these through transparently at checkout. There is no minimum deposit amount; you may start with as little balance as you like. Withdrawal minimums vary by payment method — typically our welcome offer or higher depending on the bank or wallet. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by your payment provider, not by tradeit; for example, DANA may limit single transfers to a certain amount per day. During your first withdrawal attempt, you'll complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification if you haven't already. This involves uploading a government ID and taking a selfie. Verification typically completes within subject to verification during business hours. Once verified, all future deposits and withdrawals proceed without additional KYC checks. If your KYC is rejected, our support team will explain the reason and guide you through resubmission. Account limits may apply based on your tier or account history, and these are always disclosed in your account settings.

Resolving a stalled transaction

If a deposit does not credit to your tradeit account within the expected window, first check your payment-method app (DANA, OVO, GoPay, or bank app) to confirm the transfer went through. If the transaction shows as successful on the payment side but has not appeared in tradeit within subject to verification, log into your account and navigate to "Transaction History". Note the payment-method reference number. Contact our support team via live chat or email with the reference number, the payment method used, the amount, and the timestamp. Our team will investigate the transaction on our end and may escalate to the payment provider if needed. In most cases, stalled deposits are credited within 24 hours. If a withdrawal appears to hang under review longer than expected — typically beyond 2 business days for bank transfers or subject to verification for e-wallets — reach out to support with your withdrawal request ID. We'll check the status with the payment provider and advise on next steps. Resubmitting the same withdrawal request may duplicate the transaction, so always contact support first before retrying a stalled withdrawal.
